From diverse origins to our advanced processing unit, we transform leather into quality products with efficiency and precision. The production process begins with sourcing leather from various locations, both locally and internationally. Our state-of-the-art facility can process up to 6,000 skins daily, featuring automated shavers, dryers, and stretchers to ensure consistent year-round production.
Our stitching unit features over 200 stitching machines and continues to expand. These machines are organized across multiple halls, allowing quality control supervisors to monitor each step of the stitching process. We primarily use polyester or nylon threads for glove stitching, depending on specific requirements.
Our Packing and Inspection Department operates efficiently, capable of packing approximately 5,000 pairs per day. Each product undergoes thorough inspection, ironing, and proper tagging. We use sturdy cardboard boxes for packaging, which is customized and printed to meet customer specifications and international standards.
